At Bahatech Technology, we understand the criticality of Intellectual Property Rights of our clients and ensure that these rights are well protected.

Right at the start of a new project, we do a complete security audit to identify the steps and processes needed to ensure IPR protection for our clients. Based on this audit, an IPR implementation sheet is created which is included in the critical path sheet of all projects.

Industry standard measures are applied to safeguard our customer's IPR to ensure:

We also have a well articulated Intellectual Property Policy that covers IP acquisition, exploitation, distribution, monitoring and enforcement. To ensure the implementation of this policy, we have developed IP Protection Manual and training courses for all our employees.

Bahatech is open to a customer security audit of IPR protection procedures, and is agreeable to sign separate contracts on IPR protection.

Data Security

• Only authorized persons involved in the project are allowed access to customer information and data, and this is controlled by security administration
• Media storage and accessibility, and data recovery, are determined by backup procedures
• External to existing project needs, written permission is required prior to copying the software or other information supplied by the client
• A full confidentiality agreement company signed by all ODC employees
• Role based access to servers
• Servers are segregated by functions like development, testing, operations and customers, projects
• Only authorized managers are given FTP permissions
• Logical LAN sub segments

Physical Security

• 24/7/365 physical security coverage by professional security guard services to continually monitor the ODC
• Media storage and accessibility, and data recovery, are determined by backup procedures
• Inspection-on-Entry includes Portable storage media (Zip, discs, unlabeled CDs, rewritable CDs, etc.) All bags are inspected upon entry and upon exit. Cameras, audio recording devices are not allowed into the work area
• Laptop computer serial numbers are recorded upon entry and exit
• Security software will be installed on PC's to avoid copy software to disks / CD's
